About Jihad Abou Zeid
I am Jihad Abou Zeid, Lebanese by heart and soul. The first 25 years of my life were marked by the war that ravaged my beloved country, Lebanon. Like many others, I witnessed countless tragedies and casualties. I was displaced from home several times until the war finally ended. In short, life was brutal, yet we found ways to survive and rebuild.
Hard times, I believe, shape our principles and resilience. They offer us a chance to discover our true selves.
From Hardship to Purpose
I believe that difficult times shape our character and help us rise above challenges. They provide an opportunity for self-discovery. After graduating with a law degree and later obtaining my master’s, I discovered my passion for training. I have trained over 30,000 people in the MENA region.
My training programs are based on understanding mental strategies and patterns. This fascination with the human brain and its functionalities led me to delve deeper. I devoured psychological books and research, becoming increasingly captivated by the brain’s specific mechanisms and their influence on thinking patterns and behaviors.
A New Approach to NLP
Further exploration led me to study the classical NLP code, which ignited a deeper yearning to understand the human brain. NLP opened my eyes to a vast landscape of possibilities, fueling my desire for further knowledge.
I extensively practice NLP with clients from across the globe, conducting an average of 5-6 sessions daily, totaling 1200 sessions per year. I have encountered a wide range of challenges, including all types of sexual, physical, and verbal abuse, death, torturing, kidnapping, relationship issues, suicidal thoughts, depression, PTSD, anxiety, phobias, communication problems between couples, commitment issues, anger management, panic attacks, trauma, injury-related anxiety, learning anxiety, narcissism, guilt trips, comfort zones, procrastination, and much more.
The sheer diversity of issues I helped people overcome provided invaluable support for my research into understanding the brain. Thousands of sessions were recorded, and countless notes were taken. This resulted in a vast amount of data to be analyzed and processed.
The outcome was revelatory. I finally came face to face with the primary source of resistance within the brain, and the truth became crystal clear. Old methodologies have fundamentally misunderstood the subconscious mind. It doesn’t create resistance; instead, it actively seeks change and constantly sends us those hidden messages, urging us to stop or pursue specific actions. We simply tend to ignore them.
Surprisingly, our subconscious mind isn’t a 7 year child as previously believed. It’s a wise, experienced entity with a deep well of awareness that surpasses our conscious understanding. It’s even more eager for change than our conscious mind at times.
The journey had to continue. Classical NLP techniques proved inadequate in the face of this new discovery. They were all designed to establish communication between the conscious and subconscious minds to remove subconscious resistance and gain its approval before making any changes. Yet, the resistance was developed somewhere else, inside the COMMUNITY OF FILTERS.
The Community of Filters
This community is divided into two segments. The waking Filters that work during the day. and the Sleeping filters that work during the night.
From this point forward, I embarked on developing new approaches to directly address the community of filters that, for various reasons, PREVENT direct communication between the conscious and subconscious minds. This is where CFSTP emerged, shedding light on the brain’s functionality across all layers and offering a powerful tool for comprehending the human mind.
The New Generation of NLP
CFSTP provided unprecedented insight into the inner workings of the brain. This innovative approach has captivated psychologists, therapists and practitioners, ushering in the era of The New Generation of NLP (NGNLP).
The results are undeniable: over 55+ powerful, highly effective, and reliable new techniques have been developed. Tested on hundreds of individuals through thousands of sessions, these techniques have yielded remarkable success in modifying actions, reactions, patterns and strategies, behaviors, habits, values, and filters.
Simply put, The New Generation of NLP, NGNLP, is transforming lives forever.
And the journey continues
